What an amazing day for a retreat, as the Santa Barbara Urban Creeks Council celebrated its first annual retreat at a beautiful, hidden location on one of our county’s gorgeous local creeks! There was great food and drink, a hike and a successful search for some juvenile steelhead, and some fun plans for the future, including:
Films and special events for the upcoming “Santa Barbara Creeks” week.
Plans for an urban creek cleanup within the next month, with details to be announced soon.
Plans for a monthly SB UCC creek hike.
